Hours: 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday)OverviewA leading health and wellness distributor is looking for an ambitious Territory Manager to join a growing sales team, covering East London and surrounding postcodes.You will take ownership of a well-established territory with approximately 150 active customers, including health food retailers, convenience stores, pharmacies, and other independent outlets.With access to a portfolio of 18,000+ products across 1,100+ health-focused brands, you’ll be well-positioned to drive growth, increase customer value, and strengthen the company’s presence across the territory.This role is focused on increasing sales performance, building strong long-term customer relationships, and expanding market share. If you’re a driven sales professional with a genuine interest in health and wellness, this could be an excellent next step.Key DutiesGenerate and develop new leads within the sales territoryVisit prospective new accounts and assess commercial viabilityTravel throughout the territory visiting customers on a recurring basisBuild long-lasting relationships and grow business with existing customersManage multiple customer accounts simultaneouslyRepresent the company brand during all customer and prospect interactionsSell into a structured bimonthly sales cycle, including multi-brand promotional activityCommunicate new initiatives designed to maintain and improve service levelsIncrease the percentage of exclusive brand sales within the territoryDiscuss margins in line with current spending and educate customers on the financial benefits of brand choicesMonitor competitors, new product launches, and market conditions, providing feedback to managementMaintain accurate records of sales leads and customer visitsProvide weekly reporting, plus daily reporting of store visits to the line managerUndertake any other duties in line with the roleSkills & ExperienceProven track record in field sales, including lead generationExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsAbility to run meetings and presentations effectivelyStrong commercial awareness and business acumenHighly self-motivated with strong drive and resilienceAbility to work independently and collaboratively as part of a teamConfident using Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)Excellent organisation and time management skills, including working to deadlinesEmployee-owned business modelGenerous holiday allowance increasing with length of service (up to 33 days)Pension contributions in addition to salaryMonthly profit share (dependent on company performance)Tax-free monthly company bonus (currently averaging around £200 per month)Monthly contribution towards health & dental insuranceStaff discount across the full product range #J-18808-Ljbffr
