What Youll Be Doing

  • Producing thin film components within a controlled clean room environment

  • Handling delicate materials with precision and care

  • Operating specialist production equipment

  • Working with chemicals and associated processing materials

  • Following strict quality and safety procedures

  • Maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail

What Were Looking For

  • An enthusiastic and reliable individual with a strong work ethic

  • Excellent attention to fine detail

  • Ability to learn quickly and follow technical procedures

  • Comfortable working in a clean room environment

Qualifications (preferred):

  • Minimum GCSEs in Maths, English, and Science

  • Level 3 qualification in Engineering, Science, or a related field

  • Previous manufacturing or technical experience would be beneficial, but is not essential
