What Youll Be Doing Producing thin film components within a controlled clean room environment Handling delicate materials with precision and care Operating specialist production equipment Working with chemicals and associated processing materials Following strict quality and safety procedures Maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail What Were Looking For An enthusiastic and reliable individual with a strong work ethic Excellent attention to fine detail Ability to learn quickly and follow technical procedures Comfortable working in a clean room environment Qualifications (preferred): Minimum GCSEs in Maths, English, and Science Level 3 qualification in Engineering, xbpsjku Science, or a related field Previous manufacturing or technical experience would be beneficial, but is not essential What We Offer Full training and development in a specialised technical role Stable MondayFriday day shifts Opportunity to work in a high-precision manufacturing environment Supportive and collaborative team Any offer of employment will be subject to a basic DBS check.
