Third Line Support Engineer Wakefield (Hybrid) £35,000 - £45,000 The Role You will operate as a senior escalation point within the technical team, supporting a range of client environments and resolving complex infrastructure issues. The role will involve a mixture of 3rd line support, troubleshooting and infrastructure project work, giving you exposure to a wide range of technologies and environments. You will also occasionally work directly with stakeholders within client organisations, so strong communication skills are important. What You'll Be Doing Acting as the escalation point for complex technical issues Supporting Microsoft infrastructure environments across multiple clients Troubleshooting advanced 3rd line incidents Working with cloud, virtualisation and security platforms Supporting infrastructure upgrades and improvement projects Communicating technical solutions clearly to clients and stakeholders Tech Environment You will be working across technologies such as: Microsoft 365 Azure / Entra ID Windows Server / Active Directory Virtualisation platforms Backup and disaster recovery technologies Endpoint security and monitoring tools What They're Looking For
