Were looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our Banbury team, specialising in industrial temporary recruitment. Youll be trained to become a full 360 consultant, learning how to manage both clients and candidates from day one.
This is a fast-paced role where youll develop valuable skills in sales, negotiation and people management, all while being supported by an experienced team.
What youll be doing:
- Speaking with candidates daily and matching them to suitable roles
- Supporting existing client accounts with staffing needs
- Learning how to win new business and build client relationships
- Filling vacancies quickly to meet client requirements
- Managing bookings, compliance and onboarding processes
- Working towards targets and developing your own desk over time
What were looking for:
- Background in sales, retail, hospitality or customer service
- Confident communicator who enjoys speaking to people
- Driven, motivated and target-focused
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills xbpsjku
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
