Were looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our Banbury team, specialising in industrial temporary recruitment . Youll be trained to become a full 360 consultant, learning how to manage both clients and candidates from day one. This is a fast-paced role where youll develop valuable skills in sales, negotiation and people management, all while being supported by an experienced team.
