Hours: Monday–Friday | 8:30am–5:30pm

You will be trained to:

Generate new business through outbound sales calls
Win and develop client accounts across Birmingham and surrounding areas
Build and manage your own candidate pipeline
Interview, screen and place candidates
Negotiate rates and close deals
Manage client relationships and grow accounts
Work towards weekly KPIs and revenue targetsYou won’t just “help people find jobs.”
You’ll build a desk. Grow revenue. Earn commission.
