What Youll Be Doing: This role is heavily focused on business development and sales activity. Make outbound sales calls to generate new business opportunities Build and develop your own client portfolio across Birmingham and surrounding areas Book meetings with prospective clients and pitch recruitment solutions Identify hiring needs and convert prospects into active clients Build a pipeline of candidates to match against client vacancies Negotiate rates, close deals and secure new placements Manage and grow client accounts to maximise revenue Work towards weekly sales KPIs and revenue targets
