Salary: £26,500 + Uncapped Commission
Hours: Monday–Friday | 8:30am–5:30pm (1hr lunch)

What You’ll Be Doing: This role is heavily focused on business development and sales activity.
• Make outbound sales calls to generate new business opportunities
• Build and develop your own client portfolio across Birmingham and surrounding areas
• Book meetings with prospective clients and pitch recruitment solutions
• Identify hiring needs and convert prospects into active clients
• Build a pipeline of candidates to match against client vacancies
• Negotiate rates, close deals and secure new placements
• Manage and grow client accounts to maximise revenue
• Work towards weekly sales KPIs and revenue targets

This is a phone-based, target-driven role where the more effort you put in, the more you earn.
