The Role

We’re hiring a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our team. Full training provided, with clear progression and the chance to earn commission early. You’ll learn how to source candidates, win clients, and close permanent roles in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.

What You’ll Do

* Source, screen, and interview candidates

* Advertise roles and manage applications

* Support live vacancies and client accounts

* Proactively develop new business and build client relationships

* Coordinate interviews and offers

* Keep CRM records up to date

* Confident communicator (phone & email)
