Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated Trainee Stock Condition Surveyor to join our team across London. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity with full training, clear career progression, and strong earning potential.

You will attend pre-booked appointments to carry out residential stock condition surveys, with optional door-knocking to increase productivity and bonus earnings.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out stock condition surveys on residential properties

*

Record building condition, defects, and compliance data

*

Use handheld devices and specialist software to collect survey data

*

Engage professionally with residents and clients

*

Follow health & safety procedures

*

Travel to sites as required (mileage paid)

Salary & Benefits

£33,000 basic salary

Performance-related bonus (OTE up to £50,000)

About You
