You will attend pre-booked appointments to carry out residential stock condition surveys, with optional door-knocking to increase productivity and bonus earnings.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out stock condition surveys on residential properties

Record building condition, defects, and compliance data

Use handheld devices and specialist software to collect survey data

*

Engage professionally with residents and clients

*

Follow health & safety procedures

*

Travel to sites as required (mileage paid)

£33,000 basic salary
