This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong regulatory knowledge and coaching ability to play a key role in improving adviser performance, ensuring compliance, and driving better customer outcomes.The RoleYou will support the application and ongoing development of the Training & Competence (T&C) scheme, ensuring advisers operate in line with regulatory requirements and internal standards.
