This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong regulatory knowledge and coaching ability to play a key role in improving adviser performance, ensuring compliance, and driving better customer outcomes. The Role You will support the application and ongoing development of the Training & Competence (T&C) scheme, ensuring advisers operate in line with regulatory requirements and internal standards. Acting as part of the first line of defence, you will monitor performance, identify risks, and provide coaching and development support. Key Responsibilities
