The Legal Counsel in Corporate Finance will play a critical role in supporting our continued growth and development by providing legal support on various financial transactions and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities: Handle a full spectrum of domestic and cross-border financing transactions, including general corporate lending (bilateral and syndicated), project financing, and capital market transactions. Provide legal advice on transaction structuring, deal documentation, regulatory matters, and investor relations. Draft, review, and negotiate various financial contracts, including loan agreements, bond documentation, security documents, and intragroup financing agreements. Coordinate pre- and post-closing legal processes. Conduct legal risk assessments and develop associated risk mitigation measures. Assist with ongoing credit portfolio management, including liability management exercises, restructurings, refinancing arrangements, amendments, and waivers.
