Albus Environmental Ltd is a rapidly growing leader in the safe, compliant management of hazardous, offensive and clinical waste within the healthcare sector.

Due to continued expansion, we are strengthening our operations team and looking for a driven Transport Coordinator to support and scale our logistics function.

The Opportunity

This is a key role within a fast-paced, high-growth environment where no two days are the same.

You will take ownership of daily transport planning and coordination, ensuring our collections and deliveries are carried out efficiently, safely and in full compliance with regulations. You will be central to operations, working closely with drivers, clients and internal teams to maintain a high standard of service.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and optimise daily routes for collections and deliveries
• Coordinate with drivers to ensure schedules are met
• Ensure full compliance with transport and safety regulations
• Act as the first point of contact for logistics queries and client communication
• Maintain accurate transport and compliance records
• Proactively resolve issues and minimise disruption to service

What Were Looking For

• Experience in transport, logistics or operations (preferred but not essential)
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Confident using systems/software (transport systems experience is advantageous)
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing business
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach
