Role Overview: The Talent Set is excited to be working with a fantastic charity supporting to recruit an Interim Trust Funding Officer for an initial 5-month FTC. This is a pivotal role that will focus on enhancing income generation from trusts and foundations, with an emphasis on identifying and cultivating new funding opportunities. You'll lead a strategic project to revitalise business development processes and ensure a robust and future-focused funding pipeline.
The charity has a strong foundation of highly engaged supporters and has delivered consistent results in recent years. However, there is considerable potential to expand their donor base and reach new funders. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to play a key part in shaping the future of trust fundraising within a collaborative and mission-driven team.
Key Responsibilities: Lead a prospecting project to strengthen the new business pipeline for trusts and foundations. Review and prioritise existing donor lists to identify high-potential opportunities. Collaborate with prospect research colleagues to integrate qualified leads into the central pipeline.
