Tutor/Assessor – Level 3 Teaching Assistant (With SEND Pathway) Start Date: January 2026 Contract: Permanent, Full-Time or Part-Time Salary: £34,434 – £36,363 (SO1), depending on qualifications and experience Location: Hybrid – Mix of home/class-based learning We are seeking a passionate and experienced Tutor/Assessor to lead on the Level 3 Teaching Assistant with SEND pathway . This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact on learners’ futures by delivering high-quality teaching and assessment. You’ll also have the chance to contribute to Early Years and Teacher apprenticeship programmes. Participate in quality assurance and continuous professional development. A recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, Cert Ed, or equivalent). GCSE English & Maths (Grade C/4 or above). Experience teaching or supporting learners with SEND. Assessor qualification (CAVA, TAQA, A1, or equivalent). Permanent, all-year-round role with flexible working options.
