Our well established clients are seeking a talented Urban Designer with a passion for creating vibrant, sustainable, and well-designed residential communities. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of residential developments, from initial concept through to detailed layout design.

As an Urban Designer, you will focus on masterplanning and layout design for a range of residential projects. You’ll work collaboratively with planners, architects, engineers, and developers to ensure that our projects meet client expectations, while also delivering high-quality, people-focused places that consider the needs of future residents and the surrounding environment.

Key Responsibilities for this Urban Designer role:

Lead the masterplanning and layout design of residential development projects.
Prepare and present detailed design drawings, conceptual layouts, and spatial frameworks.
Develop innovative design solutions that respond to site context, regulatory requirements, and sustainability principles.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including planners, landscape architects, and engineers.
Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand their vision and objectives, ensuring alignment with project goals.Qualifications & Skills:

A degree in Urban Design, Architecture, Landscape Architecture, or a related field.
Strong expertise in masterplanning and layout design for residential developments.
Proficiency in design software such as Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and/or GIS.
