URBAN DESIGNER/ARCHITECT ROLE IN CENTRAL LONDON - URGENT OPPORTUNITY!!!


Due to an abundance of work this AJ100 practice is actively seeking either an Urban Designer or Architect to work closely with the London Design Director!

I'm Hiring: Urban Designer or Architect — London (Full Time)


My client is growing, and excited to be expanding their sociable and friendly London team with a talented Urban Designer or design focused Architect who’s passionate about shaping better places.


If you thrive in a collaborative environment and want to be part of impactful residential masterplanning and placemaking projects, I’d love to hear from you.


What You’ll Bring

✅ Experience in residential masterplanning and layout design

✅ A solid understanding of RIBA Stages 1–3

✅ Proven ability to prepare Design & Access Statements and planning documents

✅ Strong graphic and visual communication skills (Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, etc.)

✅ Knowledge of UK planning policy, sustainable design, and high‑quality placemaking

✅ Confidence working with clients, consultants, and contractors

✅ Strong written and verbal communication

✅ A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for multi-disciplinary teamwork
