Key Responsibilities: Carry out PPM and reactive maintenance across mechanical, electrical, and general building services equipment. HVAC systems, Boilers and combustion plant, Pumps, valves, pipework, and water systems, Electrical distribution, lighting, and small power Basic fabric maintenance when required (doors, locks, fixtures, minor repairs).✅ Candidate Requirements: City & Guilds Level 2 and 3 in Electrical Installations (or equivalent).
