The Estimator / Vehicle Damage Assessor (VDA) position is vital to maintaining high standards of customer service and repair quality within the workshop.
Benefits:
- Salary starting from £45,000 per annum, with potential bonuses after successful probation
- Full-time, permanent position offering stability and consistent income

- 20 days holiday plus bank holidays
- Working hours from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday, with scheduled breaks
- Opportunity to utilise auditing tools such as Audatex and Autoflow
- Supportive team environment within a family-run business
- Onsite involvement including assisting reception and workshop observations
- Opportunity to contribute to and develop within a respected local company
- Accurately assess vehicle damage using Audatex and Autoflow systems
- Liaise with insurance companies, customers, and colleagues to facilitate repairs
- Assist with technical enquiries in both office and workshop settings
- Support reception staff and provide additional support within the workshop environment
- Manage workflow to ensure repairs and assessments are completed efficiently and timely as an Estimator / Vehicle Damage Assessor (VDA)
- Contribute to the maintenance of high standards in repair assessments and customer service
- Proven experience as a Vehicle Damage Assessor or Estimator
- Proficiency with Audatex and Autoflow systems is highly desirable
- Knowledge of bodyshop operations and vehicle repair procedures
- Familiarity with the Croydon area and surrounding regions
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Proactive approach to work and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
