As a specialist contractor for major Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), we deliver turn-key solutions ranging from high-profile vehicle launch support to rapid-response quality campaigns.We are currently seeking skilled Mechanics / Aftersales Technicians to join our Malvern team. You will play a vital role in ensuring vehicles meet manufacturer standards through expert diagnosis, repair, and maintenance, preparing them for final sale and providing essential technical support.Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Diagnosis & Repair: Troubleshoot and resolve complex faults in line with manufacturer standards.Maintenance & Inspection: Conduct scheduled servicing and rigorous inspections to guarantee vehicle reliability.Aftersales Support: Provide technical guidance to customers and support the wider team in delivering a premium service experience.Warranty Management: Execute both warranty and non-warranty repairs, ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant.Record Keeping: Maintain precise service records and adhere to all regulatory and company requirements.Quality Control: Ensure all tools and workspaces are maintained to a high standard, escalating complex issues to senior engineers when necessary.Requirements We are looking for methodical, organised professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments.
