Oversee end-to-end software delivery and production support
Manage business analysis, development, and QA teams
Set and enforce technology policies, standards, and best practices
Strong leadership in software development and Agile/Waterfall methods
Experience in insurance/reinsurance systems and data
Solid programming background with front-end (ReactJS, HTML5, CSS, etc.)
Database expertise: Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, etc.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
Business acumen with experience preparing financial and strategic cases
