Right now, we are looking for a  Waking Night Worker  to play a pivotal role in our  Complex Needs Service  in  Tower Hamlets. Sounds great, what will I be doing? The service provides 24 hours supported accommodation for high needs mental health service users. It compromises of 11 units which offers higher levels of support in comparison to the wider supported living pathway. Service users at Teresa House may have treatment resistant mental health needs that are complicated by substance misuse, challenging behaviour including low level offending and long-term physical health conditions. All support is delivered in-line with the principles of trauma-informed recovery/empowerment/co -production. What do I need to bring with me?
