Mid-Level Workplace Consultant | London | Strategy, Design & Change

Are you passionate about how people experience the workplace and how organisations evolve? This is an opportunity to join a leading workplace strategy, design, and build consultancy, shaping environments where people and businesses thrive.

As a Workplace Consultant, you’ll play a key role in delivering workplace transformation projects, supporting clients through periods of change and helping them adopt new ways of working. You’ll work closely with senior consultants and multidisciplinary teams, gaining exposure to the full lifecycle of workplace strategy and real estate change.

This is a varied, people-focused role where no two projects are the same. You’ll be involved in gathering insights, analysing workplace data, facilitating workshops, and supporting the development of strategic recommendations that influence how organisations operate and grow.

What you’ll bring:

  • Around 2–3 years’ experience in either workplace strategy or design or consulting or change management
  • Strong analytical thinking with the ability to turn data into meaningful insights
  • Confidence working with stakeholders and contributing to client-facing sessions
  • A genuine interest in workplace transformation and organisational change
