Location: London

Salary: £35,000 – £45,000

Our client, a leading workplace strategy and design consultancy, is seeking a Workplace Consultant to join their growing London team. The Role

The Workplace Consultant will support the development and delivery of workplace strategies and organisational change programmes, enabling clients to successfully transition into new environments and ways of working.

Working closely with senior consultants and multidisciplinary teams, you will contribute to a range of workplace transformation projects. This will include gathering insights, analysing data, and helping shape strategic recommendations that support clients through key stages of change.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of workplace strategy and transformation projects across multiple sectors
  • Conduct research and analysis on workplace performance, utilisation, and employee experience
  • Assist in the development and delivery of change management initiatives, including stakeholder engagement and communications
  • Support the planning and facilitation of workshops, surveys, and client engagement sessions
  • Contribute to presentations, reports, and strategic outputs for senior stakeholders
  • Assist with post-occupancy evaluations and ongoing workplace performance reviews
  • Build strong relationships with clients and project teams
  • Support business development activities, including proposal preparation and pitch support


Skills & Experience

  • 2–3 years’ experience within workplace strategy, management consulting, or organisational change
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear insights
  • Confident communicator, comfortable engaging with a range of stakeholders
  • Interest in workplace transformation and future ways of working
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Collaborative and proactive approach
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality
