Workshop Controller – Patchway Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 (depending on experience) + bonus Location: Patchway

Pembrook Resourcing are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established dealership for an experienced Workshop Controller to join their busy aftersales department in the Patchway area. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills and a solid background within a dealership workshop environment.

The Role

As Workshop Controller, you will be responsible for the smooth and efficient running of the workshop, ensuring work is allocated correctly, productivity is maximised, and customers receive the highest levels of service.

Key Responsibilities

Managing the day-to-day running of the workshop

Allocating work to technicians based on skill level and workload

*

Monitoring workshop productivity and efficiency

*

Ensuring all work is completed to manufacturer and company standards

*

Liaising with the Service Advisors regarding vehicle progress and updates

*

Supporting technicians with technical queries where required

*

Ensuring health and safety standards are adhered to at all times

*

Assisting with workshop planning and ensuring deadlines are met

Requirements

*

Previous experience as a Workshop Controller or Senior/Master Technician looking to progress

*

Strong leadership and organisational skills

*

Ability to manage a busy workshop environment

*

Excellent communication skills

*

Full UK driving licence
