Location: Oldham
Contract: Full-time and temporary (ASAP until the end of the academic year)
Are you a KS2 teacher with full-time and immediate availability?
Premier Education is currently supporting an Oldham primary school in their search for a Year 5 Teacher. The role is to start ASAP until the end of the academic year.
About the role:
- Responsible for planning, delivering, and assessing engaging and inclusive lessons in line with the National Curriculum - Creating a positive and supportive classroom environment that promotes learning and personal development - Working collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents/carers to ensure pupil progress - Participation in staff meetings, CPD, and wider school life as required
Candidate requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised UK teaching qualification - Recent experience teaching in KS2 settings is desirable - Strong behaviour management and classroom organisation skills - A reflective, enthusiastic, and adaptable approach to teaching - Must hold (or be willing to obtain) an enhanced DBS certificate and demonstrate a clear understanding of safeguarding responsibilities in line with Keeping Children Safe in Education (KCSIE)
Pay:
£130.00 - £170.00 per day (dependent on experience and qualifications)
