About the Role

We’re currently looking for a motivated individual with housing maintenance experience, either operational or commercial to join us in a developmental role designed to support our growing estimating team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their career and build a future in commercial management as an estimator within our housing maintenance division. Whether you're a graduate Quantity Surveyor, a qualified QS looking to move into estimating, a site supervisor with a strong commercial mindset, or someone who’s worked their way up from the tools and thrives on data and detail—we want to hear from you.

You’ll gain hands-on experience across a variety of repairs, planned works and compliance projects, working alongside experienced professionals who will support your growth in estimating, cost control, and wider commercial functions. We’re committed to investing in talent and providing a clear pathway into a key commercial role within our business.
