Job Description

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join a highly regarded, independent cost consultancy based in the City of London.

This is a fantastic role for someone who is passionate about progressing their career within a professional consultancy environment and keen to work on a fast-track roll out programme from the outset.

The opportunity:

You will join a dynamic and collaborative team delivering a high-profile, fast-paced roll out programme. This will provide exposure to repeat project delivery, cost planning, commercial reporting and stakeholder engagement in a structured consultancy setting.

You will be involved in:

Cost planning and estimating Procurement and tender documentation Contract administration support Commercial reporting and valuations Variations and final account preparation Client and contractor liaison

This role offers genuine responsibility from day one, alongside strong mentorship and structured APC support.

About you:

Degree or MSc in Quantity Surveying / Commercial Management (or similar) 12 months plus experience as a quantity surveyor Ideally part-way through your APC and committed to achieving MRICS Experience within a consultancy or client-side environment () Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail Excellent communication skills Motivated, career-driven and keen to progress
