We’re working with a number of specialist SEN schools and alternative provisions across South London that are looking for strong Behaviour Mentors to support pupils who benefit from structure, consistency and clear boundaries.
These settings support students who may struggle in mainstream education, often presenting with social, emotional and mental health needs (SEMH). The right person in the room can make a significant difference - someone calm, confident and able to build trust with pupils while maintaining clear expectations.
You’ll work closely with teachers and pastoral teams to support pupils in lessons, helping them stay engaged with learning and navigate challenges in a constructive way.
