The Role

Join our Transformation team as a Business Analyst, where you’ll play a key role in delivering strategic change across TalkTalk Business. Working alongside Project Managers, PMO, and Product teams, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive business and process improvements - from new product development to large-scale transformation initiatives.

This is a pivotal role supporting the successful delivery of our business strategy through insight, analysis, and a passion for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

The responsibilities for the role include, but are not limited to:

  • Conduct analysis across both agile and waterfall projects, adapting methods to suit delivery needs.
  • Translate strategic goals into clear, prioritised business and functional requirements.
  • Map current-state customer journeys and business processes in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Identify system and process impacts, and model functional behaviours (e.g. use cases, screen flows).
  • Represent business needs during design and development, ensuring solutions align with objectives.
  • Validate outcomes with delivery teams and support effective test planning.
  • Facilitate stakeholder input, influence prioritisation, and communicate across all levels - including Executive.
  • Champion an outcome-focused approach that delivers real value to the business.

Skills and experience we are looking for

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Experience working on complex transformation, IT, or business change projects.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, with confidence engaging stakeholders at all levels.
  • A proactive, adaptable mindset suited to fast-paced and evolving environments.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines independently.
  • Collaborative approach, with a willingness to share knowledge and support others.
  • Comfortable adopting new systems and processes, with a commitment to continuous learning.
