Business Development Representative

The Sales People embeds ambitious sales talent into VC-backed startups and fast-scaling tech companies. We're hiring our next wave of BDRs / SDRs.

The Opportunity
You won’t be stuck in a generic outbound role.
You’ll sit at the front of revenue growth for a scaling tech company, responsible for:
* Prospecting and outbound strategy
* Qualifying high-value opportunities
* Booking quality meetings that convert
* Turning early interest into real pipeline
* Feeding back market insights to sharpen GTM
* Developing elite sales skills in a fast-moving environment
* You’ll be employed directly by one of our VC-backed clients while working from The Sales People HQ alongside other high-performing reps.
Although you’ll need some existing sales experience, we hire for drive over ‘tech related’ CVs.
This is ideal for:
* Ambitious early- or mid-career sales professionals
* People hungry for progression and responsibility
* Individuals who thrive in performance-driven environments
You’ll succeed if you have:
* A passion for sales
* Comfort with cold calling
