Business Development Representative

We are partnering with a market leader in the cybersecurity and threat intelligence space to hire a Business Development Representative for their fast growing UK/EMEA team.


This company supports some of the world’s most recognised enterprises in identifying and mitigating risks across the external digital landscape and with continued investment and expansion across EMEA, they are looking for a driven and commercially minded BDR to support regional pipeline growth.


The Role:


As a Business Development Representative, you will play a key role in generating new business opportunities and accelerating revenue growth across the region. Working closely with the regional sales team, you will focus on proactive outbound prospecting, strategic account engagement, and converting inbound marketing interest into qualified opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Cooperate closely with the regional sales team to support pipeline growth through targeted prospecting activities
  • Research target accounts and identify key stakeholders within those organisations
  • Craft personalised and compelling messaging and outreach campaigns based on account research
  • Utilise email, phone, and social channels to engage target accounts and generate interest
  • Follow up with engaged inbound leads from Marketing and convert them into qualified meetings and opportunities
  • Support trade fair attendance by pre-booking meetings and driving booth traffic
  • Drive attendance to webinars and encourage engagement with key marketing materials


What We’re Looking For:


  • Prior experience in a sales-focused role (ideally within SaaS, cybersecurity, or enterprise technology)
  • Strong account research and stakeholder mapping skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience using CRM systems and outbound prospecting tools
  • Proactive, resilient, and target-driven
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
