As Chef de Partie, you will take responsibility for your own section while working closely with the senior team to ensure high standards are maintained throughout service.
This is a hands-on role within a busy kitchen, ideal for a chef who enjoys working with fresh ingredients in a fast-paced but organised environment.
You will be joining a respected business where food is at the heart of the operation and where talented chefs are encouraged to grow and progress.
Duties:
Run your own section during prep and service
Prepare and present dishes to a consistently high standard
Work across sections as required during busy periods
Support junior chefs and work closely with senior team members
Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and food safety standards
Contribute to the smooth running of the kitchen at all times
