Key Responsibilities

• Shape and guide long‑term financial strategy alongside the Executive team
• Enhance commercial decision‑making through improved insight, analytics and performance reporting
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning with discipline and pace
• Convert operational data into meaningful financial intelligence for leadership discussions
• Modernise systems, reporting and processes to support efficiency and scale
• Strengthen governance, financial control and risk management
• Support expansion into new regions and service lines
• Build, mentor and develop a capable and future‑ready finance team

Candidate Profile

• Senior finance leader (FD or equivalent) with experience in a scaling SME or high‑growth environment
• Demonstrable success leading through growth, transformation and operational change
• Strong commercial mindset with credible operational understanding
• Emotionally intelligent communicator, effective at Executive and Board level
• Professionally qualified (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent
• Background in legal or professional services is preferred
