Youll play a key role in driving standards, developing teams, and ensuring high-quality, person-centred care. The Role As a Clinical Services Manager, you will: Lead the day-to-day clinical and operational performance of the service Oversee staffing, rota planning, and workforce compliance to ensure safe staffing levels Drive clinical excellence through audits, governance processes, and continuous improvement Manage referrals, incidents, and complaints in line with regulatory frameworks Work closely with a multidisciplinary team including nursing, psychology, and allied health professionals Package & Benefits £55,000 to £60,000 per annum depending on experience 33 days annual leave including bank holidays, plus birthday off and option to buy more Ongoing training and clear career development pathways Employee rewards platform and wellbeing support Blue Light Card discounts and financial wellbeing tools Life assurance and pension contribution 24/7 GP access and enhanced maternity package Subsidised meals and free parking About the Service You will be joining a specialist mental health provider delivering high-quality, person-centred care for individuals with complex needs.
