The Role As a Clinical Services Manager, you will: Lead the day-to-day clinical and operational performance of the service Oversee staffing, rota planning, and workforce compliance to ensure safe staffing levels Drive clinical excellence through audits, governance processes, and continuous improvement Manage referrals, incidents, and complaints in line with regulatory frameworks Work closely with a multidisciplinary team including nursing, psychology, and allied health professionals
