The Role As a Clinical Services Manager, you will: • Lead the day-to-day clinical and operational performance of the service • Oversee staffing, rota planning, and workforce compliance to ensure safe staffing levels • Drive clinical excellence through audits, governance processes, and continuous improvement • Manage referrals, incidents, and complaints in line with regulatory frameworks • Work closely with a multidisciplinary team including nursing, psychology, and allied health professionals
