Key Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial contracts across multiple sectors.

  • Support both internal and external clients on legal, regulatory, and compliance matters.
  • Work closely with partners and senior associates on high-profile projects, contributing to innovative solutions and risk management strategies.
  • Participate in initiatives to enhance processes, efficiency, and overall client service.


Essential Skills & Experience

  • 1–3 years PQE with demonstrable experience in commercial contracts or technology law.
  • Strong drafting, negotiation, and advisory skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple matters independently and prioritise effectively.
  • Commercially astute and client-focused, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
