Key Responsibilities
Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial contracts across multiple sectors. Provide strategic advice on technology, IT, and digital agreements. Support both internal and external clients on legal, regulatory, and compliance matters. Work closely with partners and senior associates on high-profile projects, contributing to innovative solutions and risk management strategies. Participate in initiatives to enhance processes, efficiency, and overall client service. 1–3 years PQE with demonstrable experience in commercial contracts or technology law. Strong drafting, negotiation, and advisory skills, with meticulous attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple matters independently and prioritise effectively. Commercially astute and client-focused, with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Ambition to grow within a top-tier firm and take on increasing responsibility over time.
