This is a hybrid role ideal for someone eager to grow their career in compensation within a high-growth environment. You will play a critical role in shaping compensation strategies and ensuring our compensation structures are both competitive and aligned with business goals.Key responsibilities of the role include:Owning the bonus pool modelling process, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business performanceBuilding and maintaining a comprehensive market intelligence database, including reporting on compensation trends and data analysisManaging our deferral programs, ensuring seamless administration of deferred compensationSupporting compensation-related inquiries and processesProviding ad-hoc project and change initiative related analysisWorking closely with the Head of Total Rewards and broader HR team on compensation strategies and initiativesProviding advanced Excel support for compensation analysis, modelling and reportingWho are we looking for?The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:Strong proficiency in Excel (advanced level required), including modelling and data analysisExperience in compensation analysis - a willingness to learn and grow in the field is essentialStrong attention to detail and analytical thinkingAbility to spot trends and tell the story behind the analysisAbility to work independently in a hybrid environment while collaborating with global teamsExcellent communication skills, with the ability to interface confidently with senior leadershipWhy should you apply?Highly competitive compensation plus annual discretionary bonusLunch provided (viaJust Eat for Business) and dedicated barista bar30 days’ annual leave9% company pension contributionsInformal dress code and excellent work/life balanceComprehensive healthcare and life assuranceCycle-to-work schemeMonthly company events. #J-18808-Ljbffr
