We’re partnering with a UK-based investment management firm to hire a Compliance Analyst into a small, high-performing second line team.

This is a hands-on role offering broad exposure across regulatory compliance, financial crime, and risk management within an FCA-regulated environment.

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing regulatory timetables and FCA submissions
• Supporting BAU compliance monitoring and reporting
• Handling day-to-day compliance queries (PAD, gifts & hospitality, OBIs)
• Assisting with complaints and financial crime oversight
• Maintaining policies, procedures, and internal MI
• Supporting training, governance, and committee reporting

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in compliance or risk within a UK regulated firm (1-2 years ideally)
• Working knowledge of FCA regulation
• Strong attention to detail and stakeholder skills
• Calm, organised, and confident in a fast-paced environment
