Conveyancer – Pudsey

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join a highly respected regional law firm in Pudsey. This well-regarded firm is expanding due to ongoing organic growth and is looking for a skilled Conveyancer to become part of its team.

This role is ideal for a motivated and ambitious Conveyancer seeking genuine career progression and the chance to work within a friendly, dynamic environment that values internal development.

Role overview:

You will manage a full caseload of residential property transactions, including both freehold and leasehold matters. Handling files from instruction to completion, you will work independently with minimal supervision.

Candidate requirements:

• At least two years' experience in residential conveyancing
• Strong technical knowledge of conveyancing law and procedures
• Ability to manage a caseload independently and communicate complex legal matters clearly
