This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established and highly respected business, playing a key role in technical customer support and product development.

The Role

The successful candidate will provide dedicated technical support to the business, ensuring customer expectations are exceeded while supporting operational and continuous improvement targets.

A primary focus will be supporting customers with general claims and machinability performance, delivering metallurgical expertise and on-site technical guidance across the UK and internationally.

You will work closely with commercial and operational teams to drive market growth, enhance customer satisfaction, and strengthen the company's reputation within machinable austenitic stainless steels.
