This role plays a key part in ensuring customers, partners, and internal teams receive timely, accurate, and service-focused support across multiple communication channels.You will carry out a varied range of administrative and customer service tasks, supporting both business partners and end customers while contributing to efficient internal processes and smooth field operations.Key ResponsibilitiesProviding administrative support via phone, email, and digital platformsHandling B2B, partner, and customer enquiries in a professional and empathetic mannerSupporting job closures by analysing and actioning requirements received from field engineersCoordinating consumables and supporting internal procedures related to spare partsWorking closely with internal teams to improve service deliveryMaintaining accurate records using spreadsheets, digital tools, and CRM systemsProducing correspondence and operational updates accurately and within required timescalesAbout YouPrevious experience in an administration role exceeding 3 years, ideally within a customer service or service-led environmentConfident communicator with a professional and customer-focused approachHighly organised, able to manage multiple tasks and shifting prioritiesComfortable working independently as well as part of a teamExperience using customer databases, scheduling systems, or dispatching toolsConfident working with postcode mapping or geographical dataExperience with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce or similar) is advantageous but not essentialWhat's on OfferPart-time role: 30 hours per week, worked across 5 daysModern, refurbished contact centre environmentWell-planned shift patterns to support work-life balanceSupportive team culture with regular team-building activitiesCompetitive salary and benefits packageHoliday allowance plus bank holidaysPension scheme and bonus opportunitiesInclusive workplace committed to equality and diversityBlue Arrow is proud to be a Disability Confident Employer and is committed to helping find great work opportunities for great people.JBRP1_UKTJ
