Customer Service Administration Support 30 hours per week (worked over 5 days) Location: Belper The Role We are recruiting a Customer Service Administration Support professional to join our clients busy and collaborative contact centre environment. This role plays a key part in ensuring customers, partners, and internal teams receive timely, accurate, and service-focused support across multiple communication channels. You will carry out a varied range of administrative and customer service tasks, supporting both business partners and end customers while contributing to efficient internal processes and smooth field operations. Key Responsibilities Providing administrative support via phone, email, and digital platforms Handling B2B, partner, and customer enquiries in a professional and empathetic manner Supporting job closures by analysing and actioning requirements received from field engineers Coordinating consumables and supporting internal procedures related to spare parts Working closely with internal teams to improve service delivery Maintaining accurate records using spreadsheets, digital tools, and CRM systems Producing correspondence and operational updates accurately and within required timescales
