Responsibilities New Business Sales Role Develop an in-depth understanding of the HR-Tech platform and products; and evangelize them across the market Execute on sales life cycle for opportunities Prospect for and cultivate leads through to execution Exemplify the values and promote brand positioning throughout your identified market Mentor, coach and support other AE’s and BDR’s in pursuit of the overall success of the company
Requirements 5+ years in a quota carrying role, with the demonstrable success of hitting targets by selling complex SaaS(HR Tech or Workforce Management) to C-suite executives in Enterprise A passion and knowledge for Future of Work, Data Analytics, AI, and disruptive technology. A growth mindset. A passion and flair for seeking out and closing new business opportunities. Experience selling both direct and via partner ecosystems.
Package - Base of up to £100k, £200k OTE uncapped
