Are you a proactive, highly organised Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast‑paced environment?
This is a fantastic permanent opportunity to support a Chief Operating Officer at the heart of a dynamic and purpose‑driven organisation. If you excel at anticipating needs, managing complexity, and keeping senior leaders operating at their best, this role is for you.
As Executive Assistant, you'll provide exceptional support to the COO, ensuring their time, priorities and strategic focus are optimised. You'll bring structure, confidence and calm to a busy executive office, acting as a trusted partner and tackling challenges with independence and sound judgement.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver proactive, reliable support and maintain a strong presence within the COO Office.
Keep the environment organised, professional and running smoothly.
Prioritise and manage the COO's inbox, escalating and responding where appropriate.
Implement effective systems for tracking actions, deadlines and decisions.
Prepare high‑quality briefs and materials ahead of key meetings.
Attend senior meetings to capture actions and ensure seamless follow‑up.
Draft complex briefings and review communications for clarity and consistency.
Analyse papers, highlight key risks and recommend actions while resolving issues independently. Candidate Requirements:
Proven experience supporting C‑suite or senior leaders in a large complex organisation.
Demonstrable experience in managing senior inboxes, workflows and sensitive information.
Experience attending high‑level meetings and ensuring actions are completed.
Experience in planning and delivering external engagements, events and meetings.
Analytical and presenting skills with the ability to create presentations and materials at short notice.
Calm under pressure and skilled at managing competing priorities.
A confident communicator, able to summarise complex information clearly.
Excellent stakeholder managements skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
